Details
As one of the most influential designers of the 1980s, Thierry Mugler's designs powerfully infuse exaggerated proportions with theatrical drama. His clothes are bold and give confidence to the wearer.

This electric fuchsia evening jacket is from Mugler’s iconic Les Infernales collection from Fall/Winter 1988–1989. The jacket is fitted with stitched-down sunburst tucks that run from the center front and back peplum to the side seams and shoulders. It is a collarless design featuring a deep V-neck, rounded shoulders, and long fitted dolman sleeves with scoop cut edges on the cuffs and at the center front.
